📦 Where does my order ship from?

🕒 Why is the tracking number not updating yet?
This is normal with international shipments. Tracking usually updates once the package reaches the next major facility or clears customs.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, feel free to contact us.
🔍 How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be uploaded to eBay as soon as it is available. You can track your package directly through eBay or the carrier website.
❓ My order shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Please:
1. Check with neighbors or household members,
2. Verify the shipping address on your order,
3. Contact your local post office with the tracking number.
If you're still unable to locate the package, send us a message and we’ll assist.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or update your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After processing, we’re unable to make changes.
